Introduction\Purpose
The purpose of the Fenton Jubil’EVE is to provide Genesee
County with a family oriented “alcohol free” celebration that
rings in the New Year. Tailored after the successful Ypsilanti New Year’s
celebration, the Jubil’EVE will offer a wide variety of musical
venues, concessions and activities in a friendly and wholesome environment.
To kick the evening off a Bush Park fireworks display is being planned.
The show will be visible from the Leroy Street Venues.
The event will feature many artists of all kinds, starting at 6:15pm
and lasting through 12:30am. Artistic genres will include: Swing, Rock,
Oldies, Jazz, Kids Performers, Comedy, Magic, Country, Blues, Folk, Story-Tellers,
Dance Lessons, Music Lessons, Crafts, Visual Art, and much more. A detailed
list of 2008 - 2009 performers is coming soon on the Entertainment Page.
